At Clipsoniq, we highly value customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Period
You have the right to return any purchased product within 14 days after delivery.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The invoice and all accessories must be included with the returned item.
- Personal hygiene products and custom-made items are not eligible for return.
- If the returned product does not meet the return criteria, it may be sent back to the customer.
3. Return Process
- You must submit your return request to info@clipsoniq.com along with your order number.
- Once your return request is approved, return instructions and the return address will be shared with you.
- After the product is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you notice the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you may request a free replacement within 7 days by contacting us.
6. Exceptions
- For hygiene reasons, used earphones are not eligible for return.
- Products that exceed the return period will not be accepted.
