1. Return Period

You have the right to return any purchased product within 14 days after delivery.

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The invoice and all accessories must be included with the returned item.
• Personal hygiene products and custom-made items are not eligible for return.
• If the returned product does not meet the return criteria, it may be sent back to the customer.

3. Return Process

• Once your return request is approved, return instructions and the return address will be shared with you.
• After the product is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.

If you notice the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you may request a free replacement within 7 days by contacting us.

6. Exceptions

• For hygiene reasons, used earphones are not eligible for return.
• Products that exceed the return period will not be accepted.
